Digital files can’t be “sent back”, so our promise is in plain language:

• If a file is defective and we can’t fix it — full refund.
• If a product was misdescribed on its page — full refund.
• If we correct or improve a file you own, the updated version is yours free — just re-download it.
• Lost files are re-sent free, always — never buy twice for a lost download.
