Buying & paying

How do I pay?

At checkout you place your order, and we email you a secure Payoneer payment link for the exact total, with your order number as the reference. You pay by card or bank on Payoneer’s own page — we never see or store your card details. As soon as your payment lands, we confirm your order (within 12 hours, usually much faster) and your downloads unlock automatically, with an email the moment they’re ready.

Why isn’t there a normal card checkout on the site?

We’re an independent store based outside the US payment networks’ seller coverage, and Payoneer is the secure route that lets us sell to you safely. It costs you nothing extra, and your card details stay with Payoneer — never with us.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

If you haven’t paid yet, simply don’t complete the payment — an unpaid order lapses and you are never charged. If you have paid, see Our Refund Promise below.

What currency are prices in?

USD, store-wide. Your card or bank handles any conversion at its own rate.

Downloads & access

How do downloads work?

The moment your payment is confirmed, your files unlock: you’ll get an email with download links, and the same files wait for you permanently in My Account → Downloads when you sign in. Download to your computer, tablet or phone — as many devices as your own household uses.

How many times can I download?

Up to 5 downloads per purchase, over 365 days. Run out, lose a file, or change computers? Write to us and we’ll re-send or re-issue them, free — lost files are a support message, never a second purchase.

Do I need an account?

Yes — checkout creates one for you. It’s what makes your permanent Downloads library possible, so your purchases can never really be lost.

What file formats will I receive?

Exactly what each product page lists: PDFs (readable and printable everywhere), spreadsheets as .xlsx, and PDF guides. Kids’ storybooks bought here are printable PDFs; their printed paperback and Kindle editions are sold on Amazon, linked from each book’s page.

Do you post anything to me?

No — everything at Tenderholt is a digital download. Nothing to wait for, nothing to ship.

Compatibility

Will the spreadsheets work in my Excel?

Yes — and this is a promise we test, not a hope. Our workbooks use standard formulas only (no macros, no add-ins, nothing exotic) and are parity-tested in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including older versions such as Excel 2016. Product pages note anything more specific. If a total ever misbehaves in an old version, the free Google Sheets copy calculates everything — and our support will help you switch.

What about Apple Numbers?

The binder and planner spreadsheet companions open in Numbers as well. The larger finance and business workbooks are tested for Google Sheets and Excel; if Numbers is your only tool, write to us before buying and we’ll tell you honestly whether that product is a good fit.

How do fillable PDFs work?

Open the PDF in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) or a free reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, click a field, and type. Save your filled copy. Or print the pages and write by hand — every binder works both ways.

Which paper size do I need?

You never have to choose at checkout: every binder, planner and chart pack includes both US Letter and UK A4 in the same download. Print the file that matches your paper, at 100% / “Actual size”. Kids’ activity books are US Letter size (8.5 × 11 in); the storybook PDFs are square (8.5 × 8.5 in), made for reading on screen or printing at home.

Printing at home

Can I print pages more than once?

Yes — that’s the point of refill pages. Trackers, logs, one-pagers and activity pages are designed to be reprinted as often as your household needs them, for as long as you use the product.

Any printing tips?

Print at 100% / “Actual size” (not “fit to page”), single-sided for anything you’ll write on both sides of later, and laminate daily-use charts and routine pages — or slip them into page protectors — to use with a dry-erase marker. Coloring-book PDFs print only the pages you pick; the Amazon paperback edition of the coloring book is printed single-sided with blank backs if markers are your child’s weapon of choice.

License & use

What am I allowed to do with my files?

Your purchase is a personal-use license for one household: use the files for yourself and your family, print and reprint pages for your own use, and keep copies on your own devices. The full wording is on the Licensing & Terms page.

Can I use the kids’ activity products in my classroom?

Yes — one purchase covers your own classroom (the chart pack says the same on its own page). Please don’t share the digital files themselves with other teachers or schools; send them to the store instead — thank you.

Can I share, resell or give away the files?

No. Please don’t upload them anywhere, email them to friends, resell them, or include them in any bundle or PLR product. Sharing the store link is always welcome — and it’s how a small store like ours survives.

Refunds — Our Refund Promise

What is your refund policy?

Digital files can’t be “sent back”, so our promise is in plain language:

Write to us from the Contact page, tell us your order number and what went wrong, and a human will sort it out within one business day.

Updates & help

Do I get updates?

Yes. When we fix or improve a product you’ve bought, the new version replaces the file in your Downloads library at no cost. We’ll note significant updates on the product page.

How do I get help?

Use the Contact page or reply to any order email. A human replies within one business day. The fastest help: include your order number and tell us the device and app you opened the file in.

Is my information safe in these binders?

Our products are designed for it: bank details are recorded as last 4 digits only, and passwords are recorded as where they’re kept (a pointer page) — never the passwords themselves. Treat a filled binder like a passport: keep it somewhere safe.

Are your products medical / legal / financial advice?

No. Our binders, spreadsheets and planners are organizational and educational tools: they hold your records, your numbers and your own care team’s instructions in one place. They don’t diagnose, treat, prescribe, or advise — your doctor, vet, solicitor or accountant does that, and our pages are built to make those conversations better prepared.
