Licensing & Terms
What you’re buying. — Every product at Tenderholt is a digital download licensed for personal use — you are buying the files and the right to use them as described here, not the copyright in them, which stays with Tenderholt and its imprints (Velvet Otter Books and Everyday Systems).
Your license — one household. — You may:
- Download and keep the files on your own devices, and in your Tenderholt account library.
- Fill them in, print them, and reprint pages (trackers, logs, one-pagers, charts, activity pages) as often as your household needs.
- Use the kids’ activity products with your own children, and in one classroom if you teach.
What the license doesn’t cover. — You may not:
- Share, forward, upload or give away the digital files (including to family outside your household — gift them a copy from the store instead).
- Resell the files or printed copies, or include them in any product, bundle, course or PLR offer.
- Claim the work as your own, or remove copyright notices.
Delivery. — Products are delivered as downloads once payment is confirmed (see the FAQ for the Payoneer payment flow and timing). If a file fails to download or open and we can’t fix it, Our Refund Promise applies.
Product nature. — Our binders, spreadsheets and planners are organizational and educational tools. They are not medical, veterinary, legal, financial or tax advice, and they don’t replace your own professionals. Kids’ books are works of fiction for entertainment and gentle conversation.
Updates. — Corrected or improved versions of products you own are provided free through your Downloads library.
Fair dealing with each other. — If we ever make a mistake on a page, in a file or in a price, tell us and we’ll put it right — that’s the whole spirit of this store.
