Products and delivery
All products sold by Tenderholt are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped to you. Products are delivered electronically after your payment has been confirmed, through download access on this website and in your Tenderholt account, where applicable. Please make sure the email address and account details you provide are correct so that we can deliver your files.
Prices and payment
All prices on this website are shown in USD. Prices may be changed at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for. Payment is handled through the payment options shown at checkout and by third-party payment processors.
License and permitted use
Your purchase gives you a license to use the files for your own personal use, for one household, as described in full on our Licensing & Terms page. In summary, that page explains that you may download and keep the files on your own devices, print and reprint pages for your household as needed, and use kids activity products with your own children, and in one classroom if you teach. You are buying the files and the right to use them in that way; you are not buying the copyright, which remains with Tenderholt and its imprints.
You may not redistribute or resell the files or printed copies, share, forward, upload, or give the digital files away, include them in another product, bundle, course, or similar offer, present the work as your own, or remove copyright notices. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Our Refund Promise page. In summary, that page provides for a full refund if a file is defective and we cannot fix it, and a full refund if a product was misdescribed on its product page. It also explains that corrected or improved versions of a product you own are yours free by re-downloading, and that lost files are re-sent free. It does not set a fixed day limit for bringing a defective or misdescribed product to us. To ask for help, use the Contact page as described on that page, tell us your order number and what went wrong. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website and our products only lawfully and as allowed by these terms. You must not misuse the website, try to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, or files, interfere with how the website works, infringe the rights of Tenderholt or anyone else, or use downloaded products in any way that the license described above does not allow.
